MURPHY ESTATE KAZBEGI
Introduction
Murphy Estate Kazbegi is the third customs and logistics center introduced by Murphy Group in the Black Sea-Caspian region, including the previously built Murphy Estate Istanbul (Turkey) and Murphy Estate Karadag (Azerbaijan). Unlike previous complexes, Murphy Estate Kazbegi has combined all the previous experience in the construction and operation of customs, logistics, and parking installations. Today it is a unique project that meets the requirements of secure parking lots, logistics centers, customs complexes, and recreation areas, harmoniously located on the same territory. We are planning further development of the complex, giving priority to the expansion of the recreation area with the first boulevard along the great Terek River. The quality management system implemented in Murphy Estate Kazbegi management procedure is in constant progress and improvement and our Customers' suggestions, feedback, and possibly, complaints are welcomed by the company. This will allow us to take timely measures to improve the quality of the services provided.
Rules of conduct and procedure for using services on the territory of Murphy Estate Kazbegi
Murphy Estate Kazbegi is a multifunctional parking, shopping, and logistics complex adjacent to the modern customs zone. Any kind of commercial, entertainment, socio-political and other activities shall be carried out only on the basis of written permission or an agreement with the management company, Murphy Estate Kazbegi LLC.
Strict compliance with the legislation of Georgia is required in the terminal complex. Safety rules and regulations, fire safety, and environmental protection established by this legislation shall be strictly followed.
Secure parking rules
General Provisions
These Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) for the use of paid secure parking (hereinafter referred to as the Parking area) determines procedure and conditions for using the Parking spaces, as well as the rights and obligations of customers using parking services on the territory of Murphy Estate Kazbegi. The parking area includes a fenced, 24/7 guarded secure area with an introduced modern control and video surveillance system. The complex is equipped with an automatic parking system, which provides registration of customers' pass (entry) to the Parking area followed by automatic printing of a single-entry parking ticket. The parking lot is a part of the electronic system that regulates the queueing order for the customs border crossing and thus determines the order of movement along the E117 highway. The payment for parking services is made according to the tariffs established by the Georgian Revenue Service at the payment desk located on the ground floor of the Business Center. Payment for a parking ticket automatically registers the customers' pass (exit) from the paid parking area.
Parking fees:
- The cost of a single entry into the parking area for commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, mini busses for transporting goods and passengers) is 30 GEL, regardless of the actual time spent on parking.
- The cost of staying in the parking area for a passenger car, a vehicle no more than 5 meters long, is 5 GEL for the first 3 hours of the vehicle's stay in the parking lot. From 3 to 12 hours costs 10 GEL. The maximum cost of parking for 24 hours is 30 GEL.
Information about the tariffs for the services of a paid security parking is available at the entrance to the parking area. In addition, our Stewards will be happy to attend to all of your needs and enquiries related to tariffs and general issues. After receiving a parking ticket and entering the territory of the complex, parking should be carried out in the manner and place directed by Stewards. Parking should be done strictly within parking space markings.
The following is not allowed in the parking area:
- Using the parking area for any purpose, other than parking of the vehicles
- In order to comply with safety and security standards, after parking the vehicle, you should not be in the parking area except while taxing, leaving the parking space or if necessary, staying in the vehicle
- Leaving the vehicle in the parking area in case of fuel leakage
- Using open fire
- Smoking outside the designed smoking area
- Littering
- Leaving external objects
- Giving the parking ticket to any of the third party, exchanging the ticket for any kind of other tickets, using third party’s parking ticket
- Committing any act that lies beyond the normal, reasonable, and acceptable way of behavior in the society
Throughout the parking area, drivers, and pedestrians are required to comply with traffic and parking rules. When driving a vehicle in the territory of the Parking area don't exceed the speed limit of 5 km/h.
Being on the territory of the Murphy Estate Kazbegi complex, including the parking area, requires mandatory familiarization with the fire safety rules and their strict observance. Immediately after parking, you should know all the masterpoints and escape routes. Parking users need to follow the instructions of the Stewards, participate in fire alarms that will from time to time be arranged in the parking lot and the entire complex.
Although the management takes all measures for safe, secure parking, nevertheless, it should be understood that the placement of a vehicle in the parking lot does not constitute the conclusion of a storage agreement but constitutes an agreement for the temporary placement of a vehicle. The management shall not be responsible for the safety of the property left in the vehicles. The management undertakes all measures to prevent any harm and damage to the vehicles and provides all necessary assistance in the investigation of such cases, including the provision of recordings of surveillance equipment and video monitoring.
The recreation area is currently represented in the multi-function three-story building on the left side from the entrance to Murphy Estate Kazbegi terminal. There is a MurphyMart supermarket, cafe La Route, a hall with information boards, a sanitary and hygienic area with showers and toilets. On the first floor of the building, there is a buffet-type restaurant with 135 seats, which offers a wide selection of tasty and inexpensive food.
Safety regulations
All floors have fire exits, escape routes are clearly marked. When entering the building, you should familiarize yourself with the fire plan for each floor of the building, determine the places of evacuation and masterpoints in case of fire. When a fire alarm goes off, it is necessary to move forward to the evacuation sites in an orderly manner, without panic, and strictly follow the instructions of our stewards and security personnel. Normal safety precautions should be followed, such as the requirement to hold onto the handrail when using a staircase.
We are confident that our visitors of the recreation and entertainment area are people of a high level of culture and therefore we expect normal behavior and a causal smart dressing code. Our professional cleaning team keeps premises under constant scrutiny and maintains cleanliness and order. We believe that our Customers will treat our team's work with due respect, placing garbage in specially designated separated garbage containers. It should be noted that environmentally friendly, harmless, but effective technologies are used to maintain the recreation area, which allows us to completely abandon the use of chlorine and chlorine-containing substances. From the external entrance to the building, there are separate shops and a sanitary and hygienic area with showers, where everyone who wants to take a shower is provided with everything necessary for a shower at established prices.
Business and management area
The business and management area are in the Business Centre building, where the management seats and ready to attend to all your needs, feedback and complaints. The companies in the business center offer parking tickets payment, sale of compulsory insurance policies.
Currency exchange services are also provided by a separate desk. For commercial and passenger vehicles the customs coordination services for entering and crossing Russian territory are also being provided along with scanning and photocopying services.
The first and the second floors of the Business Center offer spacious, modern premises equipped with high-speed Internet for offices. The building is equipped with toilets and showers, a comfortable waiting room, and a sufficient number of modern monitors for the convenience of obtaining information. The area is subject to the same rules of reasonable accommodation, mutual respect, cleanliness, and order, compliance with safety, fire safety rules, and environmental protection as for all units of the complex.
